1. This document is a legal agreement between you, the "BUYER" (as defined below) and the Provider Sole proprietor, Armine Abelyan, Tax ID: 84737507, address: Artsakh 10g/40, 0005 Yerevan, Armenia. 
2. These Provider's Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") sets forth the provisions under which the Provider may register and use the web-site for the purpose of responding to solicitations for the acquisition of translation and document creation services which is realized via the owner’s website: Translations AM.
3. Use of this Website and its Services signifies the acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not provide Translations.AM with any information and do not use this Website.
4. When you visit the Website you are asked to submit your data via mail. You may include personal information such as your name, your e-mail, phone and general information you wish to disclose about yourself.
5. The Owner of Website assumes no responsibility whatsoever for your use of the Website and/or Services. It is for your sole, personal use.
6. The Owner of the website is liable for any result of translation that is relating to the accuracy or completeness of the translations via this Website.

2 . Privacy Policy

2.1 We use your personal information to provide the Services we offer.
2.2 The Owner of Website do not archive any information, including personal information, you provide in the course of using our Services.
2.3 We may use your personal information for improving further the Services we offer.
We will not share your information with third parties.

3. Description of Services and Payments
3.1 Translations.AM offers Translationa nd Document Creation Service to Customers.
3.2 The standard price of translation is defined to 13 AMD/word for non technical translation and 15 AMD/word for technical translations. The prices per word may differ by languages and any change is published via website.
3.3 Translations.AM offers as well document creation services. Any services payment may be agreed with client through mailing process and the payment is done via bank transfer or online and international payment systems.

4. Dispute Resolution
4.1 You acknowledge and agree that the Owner is not liable for any loss or damage which may be incurred by you as a result of the Services.
4.2 So long as you comply with this User Agreement, you are authorized to access, use and make a limited number of copies of information and materials available on this Website only for purposes of your personal use.
4.3 Any copies made by you must retain without modification any and all copyright notices and other proprietary marks. The pages and content on this Website may not be copied, distributed, modified, published, or transmitted in any other manner, including use for creative work or to sell or promote other products.
4.4 Violation of this restriction may result in infringement of intellectual property and contractual rights of The Owner and could result in substantial civil and criminal penalties.
4.5 Translations.AM and other identifying marks of Translations.AM are proprietary to the Owner. You may not use these marks for any purpose without the express prior written consent of the Owner. Except as expressly set forth above, User Agreement does not grant you any express, implied or other license or right under any patent, trademark or copyright of Translations.AM.

5. User / Service Provider Representations and Warranties
1. as a User:
a. You will only use the Website and the Services in a manner that is accepted and legal according to all applicable laws and regulations.
b. You will adhere to our acceptable use policies and all other Terms and Conditions relating to your usage of the Services in respect of the Website, and will not transmit junk messages, advertisements or any type of solicitation.
d. You will not in any way copy, modify, publish, transmit, display, sell, distribute or reproduce copyrighted material, trademarks or other protected proprietary information without the express written consent of the Owner of such material.
e. You will not use the Website, Services or your profile for any purpose other than translation Services.
2. as a Service Provider:
a. You will not redistribute any of the content (information) on Translations.AM, including but not necessary limited to text submitted by Service Buyers, the translated results, private messages, documents.
b. You agree to keep all information - including but not limited to customer data, source text, content, source files, prices, agreed terms and the translation itself - secret both during the translation project duration and following its termination. This applies also to the existence and contents of this Agreement.

6. Laws and Regulations
1. This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Republic of Armenia (RA).2. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall at the Owner's election be determined via arbitration under the jurisdiction of RA (pursuant to the arbitration act), or in the courts of the RA.

Miscellaneous
1. This Agreement may only be amended with the express consent of the Owner.
2. This version of the Agreement was created on November 21 , 2016.
